Dado que el derecho de la propia imagen está reconocido en el artículo 18.1 de la Constitución española y que está regulado por la Ley Orgánica 1/1982, de 5 de mayo, de protección civil del derecho al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar y a la propia imagen, el Ajuntament de Lleida solicita el consentimiento a los participantes para publicar fotografías y videos de la citada actividad en los que aparezcan y sean claramente identificables.

De acuerdo con el artículo 5º de la Ley orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales, les informamos que los datos facilitados mediante este formulario de inscripción y todos aquellos a los que tenga acceso el Ayuntamiento durante dicha actividad, se incluirán en el fichero de datos personales gestionado bajo responsabilidad del Ajuntament de Lleida “Participants en activitats municipals”, con el único objetivo de gestionar los participantes en dicha actividad. Pueden ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición en los términos incluidos en la legislación vigente mediante un escrito presentado en el Registro General del Ajuntament de Lleida, Oficina Municipal de Atención Ciudadana, Pl.
